Loving yourself is just the beginning

Self esteem issues can come from many stems of life. Parents can make you feel insecure by the things they say or do, people can make you insecure or maybe things in your own mind can make you that way. When your esteem is low it can effect everyday life. How you dress, How you interact with the outside world. Even how you treat yourself and let other people treat you. How do you suppose to overcome this? I don't know the answer to that but I think open discussion is a good way to start. If people from all walks of life who had some sort of esteem issues got together to really talk about how they feel and share thoughts and opinions that could really have a big impact. I don't know if they have meetings about this already like self esteem AAA or something like that but their should be one. Ultimately I believe that only you can heal your esteem issues.
